Company Policy

Hours of Operation

    • None right now.  This is a one man operation designing, building and modifying the website, taking orders,  assembling, shipping, dealing with vendors and suppliers so I am almost always working on something. Generally, when I get an email, I get back right away if I can.  I don't have time to answer the phone so none is given on this website.

Shipments

    • All shipments are done by USPS First Class Mail.

    • Your order may not ship out as soon as you order it but as soon as I can get to it but usually within 5 days or receipt of payment.

    • Your shipment  will have a tracking number if you pay by PAYPAL because they offer it as a convenience. You must have a confirmed address to get a tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages

    • Packages that are returned to us as  refused or undeliverable are issued a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable until we get a correct address. Additional shipping charges will apply if we reship due to an error on your part.

Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships.

    • If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued by which method the order was originally charged.

    • All refunds will be processed within 7 days.

    • If a cancellation is placed after the order ships, it is up to the customer to put "Refuse" on the package. Once the refused package is received to us, a full refund will be processed (less shipping, handling and restocking fee) within 7 days of receipt of the refused package.

    • CDM Gear reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if company sees fit.

    Returns

    • At any time within 30 days you can get a complete refund (less shipping and handling).

    • After 30 days, defective items will be replaced.

    • Once a return is received the refund process will take 7 to 14 business days. All refunds will be processed in the manner in which you were originally charged. If the original method of payment has been closed or cancelled we will need valid proof in order to process a refund in an alternative form.

    • You have 30 days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the 30 day time limit will not be processed.

    • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation via USPS or "refused" packages in original box/label.

    • We are not responsible for lost, missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for 30 days after the purchase of the product or before.

    • Returned product must be undamaged by the customer unless it is a failure of the product due to defect.

    International Shipments

    • At this time we can not ship outside the USA due to ITAR Regulations.

    • By making a purchase you agree that you are a US person and do not intend to export this product.

    Personal Checks and Money Orders

    • All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete and check has cleared, the order will be released and shipped.

    • All returned check will be charged a $25 USD return check fee.

    • Counter checks will not be accepted.

    • USPS Money Orders are prefered and your items will be shipped immediately.
    • Other types of Money Orders need to clear the financial institution before shipment will take place.

Follow the safety instructions for your shotgun, as outlined in your manual, prior to doing any work on your weapon. Remove all ammunition from the weapon and visually inspect the breach and receiver opening to make sure the weapon is not loaded and the magazine tube is completely empty prior to doing any work on your weapon. If you have any doubts on the assembly, contact us or contact a qualified gun smith in your area.
